You now have a unique opportunity to get a direct impact on the working environment and daily life here at the department. Soon there will be elections for the department's Occupational Health and Safety Organization, where each member plays a crucial role in ensuring that our workplace is both motivating, inspiring and, not least, safe.

In AMO you can:

1. Make a difference: Do you have suggestions for improvement and see areas that can be optimized? As part of AMO, you get a platform to bring these ideas to life.
2. Gain insight and influence in areas such as

   3. Competence development
3. Develop yourself: As a representative of AMO, you will have the opportunity to develop management skills, network and learn more about the underlying processes at the department.

In addition, you will receive occupational health and safety training and supplementary training.
