Find forms for enrolment / employment on the Graduate School of Health's website.
When the forms are completed, they must have a signature from the Department of Clinical Medicine. Scan the forms and send them as a PDF to special consultant Anne Mette Øeby at amo@clin.au.dk.
NOTE: A research year can only be initiated after an approved application to the Graduate School of Health, which has two annual application rounds.
The research year and PhD students at the Department of Clinical Medicine are affiliated with the Graduate Programme: ClinFO (also called GP: ClinFO). In addition to the Department of Clinical Medicine's students, the GP also includes students with main supervisors from Department of Dentistry and Oral Health and Department of Forensic Medicine. The GP currently consists of three GP leaders, an advisory panel and a pre-processing panel.
The GP is responsible for offering PhD courses, and it is the GP leaders' task to process applications for admission and scholarships/PhD grants for the PhD programme and the research year.
The Graduate Programme: ClinFO offers PhD courses through the Graduate School. ClinFO does not pay fees to PhD students for teaching on PhD courses, regardless of the PhD student's department affiliation and employment status. Likewise, full-time employees at the Department of Clinical Medicine are not paid additionally for teaching on PhD courses.
