Purchasing IT equipment or phones
If you need to purchase IT equipment or mobile phones, you must fill out the IT unit's form via the webshop.
Ordering a landline phone can only be done by agreement with your immediate supervisor.
Mail and calendar
AU IT has created a number of guidelines and good advice for using mail and calendar.
You can find instructions for Outlook, webmail and email setup on mobile, among other things.
Remember that as an AU employee you have a duty to read your Clin-mail.
Change password
AU IT recommends that you change your password via mit.au.dk.
Wireless internet
You can log in to AU's wireless internet via Eduroam. Follow the instructions for installing the program.
