Professorial inauguration lectures

As a newly appointed professor (both clinical and ordinary) at the Department of Clinical Medicine, you have the opportunity to hold an inaugural lecture followed by a reception.

In general, the responsibility for the planning of the event lies with you. In some cases, help may be availaible from a local secretary from your academic environment.

A member of the Dean's management team will give the welcome speech.
  • If you are employed or with a workload reduction less than 50%, the planning is your responsibility only. A DCM management representative will give the welcome speech.
