You/your hiring manager need to find approximately 628,000 DKK per year (AU's 2024 figures - subject to negotiation). Some Assistant Professors work part-time, for example, one day a week (cost approximately 125,600 DKK per year), and the remaining 4 days in a clinic. It depends on an individual professional assessment what is realistic, as there is a maximum of 4 years to prepare for the Associate Professor evaluation.
