The 5th Annual Research Meeting will be held at Aarhus University Hospital, Skejby in Auditorium A (G206-145) / the staff canteen on November 24th 2022 from 3.30 to 8.15 p.m.

All researchers affiliated with the Department of Clinical Medicine, irrespective of seniority and training background are welcome, free of charge.

Programme

There will be three types of presentations at the 5th Annual Research Meeting:

1. Invited talks by senior researchers:

1. Claus Lindbjerg Andersen: Circulating Tumor DNA for Minimal Residual Disease Detection and Risk-Stratified Recurrence Surveillance
2. Lisbeth Frostholm: The Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Mental and Physical Health in Denmark
3. Victor Puelles: Decoding Tissues Across Biological Scales
4. Bo Løfgren: Common Diseases and Applied Clinical Research at a Regional Hospital

1. 3 minute “flash talks” in the auditorium (selected based on abstract submissions)
    

-We encourage researchers at all levels to submit an abstract for a flash talk-

1. Poster presentations (selected based on abstract submissions – posters presented at other conferences are more than welcome)
   1. Booths with presentations of equipment/techniques

The poster session will be very informal and accompanied by a light meal and beverages. The researchers giving the best flash talk and presenting the best poster will receive an award after the poster session.

Registration

Registration is mandatory if you want to attend the meeting (with/without a flash talk/poster). Those interested in having a booth at the meeting must check the appropriate box when filling in the registration form. Please register and submit your abstract for a flash talk and/or poster presentation on our website.

The deadline for abstract submission is on Wednesday October 12th 2022. You can register to attend the meeting without an abstract until November 1st 2022.
