Do you need to see who’s going before signing up? Here’s a sneak peek at the current guest list for the Faculty Party on 22 August 2025. There’s still just enough room for you, if you register quickly.
Get ready for a delicious buffet, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks, red carpet photo ops, music and dancing until 00:30 and, of course, fantastic company.
This is what awaits you when the Faculty Party kicks off at 17:00 on Friday 22 August 2025 at the DGI House.
Tickets cost DKK 175 and must be purchased through Conference Manager – no later than Wednesday 13 August 2025.
The Faculty Party has an 80s theme, and you’re welcome to come in costume.

Who’s coming to the Faculty Party?
- You’ll most likely run into a biomedical researcher – over a third of the attendees are from the Department of Biomedicine.
- Clinical Medicine, the faculty’s largest department, is currently showing up strong with 65 guests.
- Every tenth guest comes from either the Department of Public Health or the Department of Forensic Medicine – so grab your chance to get on their dance cards.
- Wondering if there will be more academic or technical/administrative staff? The answer is clear: academic staff dominate – they make up a whopping 88 % of DGI House attendees.
- Among the technical/administrative personnel (TAP), the Faculty Secretariat, Graduate School, and HR have shined their party shoes. Together, they account for almost two-thirds of the TAP guests.
